Terrible blinds! I bought wooden venetian blinds called Premium.., and after just 1 year the cord broke, and I don't use it much, so quality is very poor. Contact OrderBlind and they said repair was impossible and it was needed to substitute, what is untrue as verified by blinds repairment offices... so not just the product is low quality also the service is not to recommend. I am very disappointed as I spent 400 for no good blinds.
