So bloody grumpy!
I visited at 12.25 pm 20th August to collect pre ordered Euros which I'd been told would be ready after 11am. I was angry to find that the currency department was closed 12 noon to 1pm for lunch. There was no notification of lunch time closing on their web site or on the Post Office opening times sign in the shop. I had to make another journey there later in the day. Go to Bingham it's more reliable than Bottesford Post Office.
The shop is a good village store. However the Post Office staff act as if they are doing you a favour - slow service with disinterested and surly approach. Bingham Post Office staff always offer friendly and polite service.
The guy at the counter is just rude. I had to pick up a parcel and he could not have been less helpful if he had tried. However my 4 star rating goes to the great little store. Lots of local food, great wine and beer selection - truly a gem
1 counter for the Post Office manned by rude, un-helpful and disinterested staff who treat you like a nuisance. Disgraceful.I recommend going to Bingham Post Office instead.
